3.How do you customize my jewelry exclusively?

In order to do this, Please fill out our customized form and we will then arrange a one-on-one consultation with one of our senior designers to ensure  that your vision and ideas are brought to life. We guarantee that the jewelry designed will only be made for you and will not be sold to any other customers.

4.How can I ensure that I can receive my product？

We only use DHL to deliver the goods, which is the most famous logistics company in the world. Moreover, we will buy logistics insurance, and if there are any problems such as lost pieces or damaged packaging, the logistics company will compensate (please sign in person for high-value products).

5.What Is Your Return Policy?

（1）.If the product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You may exchange it for another jewelry of the same value. You can pay the difference if the value has been exceeded. 

（2）. We will provide replacement and/or repair services if it is a quality issue within 30 days. Freight and any related costs will be covered by us. If the issue is not related to the quality of the product, no refund, return, or exchange will be permitted.

6.Can I take a shower with this on without fading?does It change color?

In order to maintain the quality of of your jewelry, you should not wear it under any harsh conditions. Therefore we recommend that you refrain from wearing your jewelry while bathing, swimming, exercising as it will damage your products.
